FEAST OF ST. DOMINIC DE GUZAMAN 2024

On the 8 th of august 2024, St. Charles Seminary commemorated a day of great joy as it celebrated the feast of St. Dominic de Guzmán with great fervor and enthusiasm at St. Charles Seminary premises. Fr. Roshan Lobo, OFM, presided over the holy Eucharist celebration. The holy Eucharist was celebrated by the Rector and the seminary staff. In his homily, Fr. Roshan imparted the words of wisdom and love, urging the brothers to emulate the virtues of truth and generosity exemplified by St. Dominic. Br. Michael extended a warm welcome to the esteemed guests and the congregation. At the conclusion of the ceremony, Fr. Rector expressed heartfelt gratitude on behalf of the carolian family. Following the Eucharist a felicitation program took place in front of the statue of St. Dominic, where all the staff was honored with floral tributes, and melodious wishing song by the brothers. The occasion included a ceremonial cake cutting and photo session, facilitated by Br. Kshitiz Kujur. The event concluded with a shared breakfast. May St. Dominic continue to inspire all the fathers and brothers of St. Charles Seminary to grow day by day in the love of Jesus Christ and to be an ardent follower of him.
