During the Christmas season, the community of St. Charles Seminary, Nagpur organized several pre-Christmas celebrations and outreach programmes in different social service centres. The Second Year Theology brothers as part of their pastoral and social service activities mainly arranged these programmes.
On 16 December 2025, a Christmas celebration was held at the Social Service Centre, Dasharat Nagar, where the brothers shared the joy of Christmas with the people through songs, prayer, and fellowship. Another outreach programme was conducted on 22 December 2025 at the Juvenile Centre, Sahanog Nagar. Fr. Aquin Noronha and Fr. Rodger, along with the Second Year Theology brothers and other brothers, participated in the celebration. In total, 28 brothers along with two fathers attended the programme. The celebration took place from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, bringing joy and hope to the children through carols, interaction, and Christmas greetings.
On the same day, there was also a Christmas celebration at T.V. Tower around 6:00 pm. Satyam Sir and Fr. Rodger were present as the guests for the programme. The gathering included Christmas carols and sharing the message of peace and joy of the birth of Christ.
Earlier, on 21 December 2025, the seminary community had a City Carol Singing programme, which began at 5:30 pm, spreading the message of Christmas through songs and visits to different places in the city.
Later, on 29 December 2025, a Christmas celebration was held at Shanti Bhawan, where Fr. Aquin Noronha, Fr. Roby, the OSU Sisters, and the brothers participated in the celebration, sharing the joy of Christmas with the residents.
Finally, on 27 December 2025, Fr. Rodger, reflecting on the different programmes and learning from the experiences of the outreach activities, conducted an evaluation of the Christmas celebrations for the Theology brothers.
These celebrations helped the brothers to share the joy, peace, and love of Christmas with many people and reminded everyone of the true meaning of the birth of Jesus Christ.
