On 6 January 2026, a friendly cricket match was organized between the St. Charles Seminary team and the visiting Pallotti priests of the Western Region. The match created an atmosphere of joy, fraternity, and healthy sportsmanship among the priests and seminarians.
On this occasion, Most Rev. Bishop A. Ratna Swamy of the Ahmedabad Diocese visited St. Charles Seminary along with the visiting priests. Before the start of the match, the Bishop met the seminarians and priests gathered on the ground.
He had the honor of flipping the coin for the toss, officially inaugurating the cricket match. His presence added encouragement and enthusiasm to the players and the community.
