The teacher’s day made the first Sunday of September more solemn as the students with grateful hearts offered special prayers for their professors (Fathers) in the Holy Mass. This day is marked to show respect, honour and gratitude to all teachers, priests, mentors, and spiritual guides of the Seminary. The main celebrant, Rev. Fr. Saju Kochuparambil OP, reminded the Carolian Family that the teachers are the role models and the values that teachers uphold are humility and kindness towards all.
In the evening a short but meaningful program was organised by the brothers to felicitate the staff. The student brothers deemed it as a proud moment to acknowledge the commitment and dedication of the professors in the Seminary towards their formation and academic life. Rev. Father Aquin Noronha, the Rector of the seminary, admired the brothers for their thoughtfulness and exhorted the students to continue benefiting from every teacher’s knowledge and wisdom.
