The programme began at 5:30 pm with the prayer song and lighting of the lamp. The chief guest of the evening was Adv. P.K. Satyanathan, who was warmly welcomed by the community.<br><br>The theme of the programme was <strong>\u201c<\/strong><strong>\u0938\u0902\u0938\u094d\u0915\u0943\u0924\u093f<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>\u0915\u0947<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>\u0930\u0902\u0917<\/strong><strong>, <\/strong><strong>\u092d\u093e\u0930\u0924<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>\u0915\u0947<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>\u0938\u0902\u0917<\/strong><strong>\u201d,<\/strong> which means the colours of culture with the unity of India. All the Samajs came forward with their cultural presentations. The items included songs, dances, skits, and traditional performances which brought out the unity in diversity of our nation. Each Samaj prepared with great dedication and enthusiasm, making the evening lively and colourful.<br><br>The programme followed this order:<br>1. Introduction Video<br>2. Prayer Song and Lighting of the Lamp<br>3. Welcome Speech<br>Malayali Samaj<br>Tamil Samaj<br>Telugu Samaj<br>4. Chief Guest\u2019s Speech and Felicitation<br>Odia Samaj<br>Chotanagpur Samaj<br>5. Rector\u2019s Message<br>Marathi Samaj<br>North-East Samaj<br>Hindi Samaj<br>Punjabi Samaj<br>6. Vote of Thanks<br><br>The chief guest, in his message, encouraged everyone to remain loyal citizens and contribute to the progress of our country. The Rector also shared his message, connecting culture, faith, and patriotism.<br><br>The programme came to an end by 7:50 pm. Fathers, sisters, and brothers from different study houses and ashrams joined us, along with friends of the brothers.
